Sure Foot Builders did a major renovation for us. We called them in because of a flat roof that continued to leak. We literally had to take the roof off of our den and adjust the pitch of the roof. We hired Raymond and his team to turn our big rec room over the garage into our master bedroom. To do this they added a large closet, and a beautiful full bathroom. We purchased a new green-built home from Surefoot Builders. Our home is located in North Asheville in the Montford Hills community. It has 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, and an open concept main floor which houses a spacious living room with a gas burning fireplace, a gourmet kitchen and a guest powder room. It has hardwood floors throughout, neutral paint tones, 2 accents walls in the living room and stunning, adjustable lighting. It also has upper and lower decks off the living room and the master bedroom. It has a parking platform, a beautifully appointed planting wall and shrubbery which accentuate a courtyard that is perfect for outdoor entertaining. It also has central air conditioning and heating. Our home was featured in the Asheville Citizen Times as the “green-built” home of the month.
